Instagram connection
In Deckfy, remove your Instagram account in Settings → Accounts. Or remove Deckfy in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites; Instagram then tells us and your account's access tokens and connection details are deleted at once. Posts you already published stay on Instagram; you can delete them there.
TikTok connection
In Deckfy, remove your TikTok account in Settings → Accounts, or remove Deckfy's access in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security. Removing the connection deletes its access tokens. Drafts and posts already sent stay on TikTok.
Your account and all your data
In the Your data section of Settings, request account deletion and type your email to confirm. Once the request is processed, your account, the workspaces only you belong to, your carousels, images and connected accounts are deleted. Only records we must keep by law (invoices, for example) remain until their period ends.
