1. Parties
This agreement is made between the seller listed above (Erkam Alper Özkan sole proprietorship, Alpiworks) and the buyer who opens a Deckfy account and buys a paid plan, at the moment the buyer confirms it at checkout. The buyer's name and email address are those of their account.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the Deckfy plan (the service) the buyer purchases on deckfy.alpiworks.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service and price
The service name, plan type (monthly or yearly), credits per period and the total price including taxes are shown at checkout and sent to the buyer by email. Current plan details are on the Pricing page.
4. Payment and renewal
The price is paid in advance by credit or debit card through our payment provider. The plan renews automatically at the same price from the same card at the start of each period until the buyer cancels. If a renewal can't be charged, the account returns to the free plan until it is paid.
5. Delivery
The service is delivered online and becomes active on the buyer's account as soon as the payment is approved. Credits renew at the start of each period; unused credits don't carry over.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to services performed online immediately. The buyer accepts this by confirming at checkout that the service starts at once. The refunds the seller offers on the Cancellation and refunds page remain available.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The buyer can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If no credits have been used within 14 days of the first paid purchase, the full amount is refunded on request. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded. Refunds go to the card used for payment within 14 days.
8. Obligations
The seller provides the service in line with this agreement and the Terms. The buyer is responsible for the security of their account and for the content they create and share, including whether it respects the rights of others and the platforms' rules.
9. Disputes
Disputes under this agreement go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above them.
10. Effect
The agreement takes effect when the buyer reads and confirms it and the Preliminary information at checkout. A copy is sent to the buyer's email address.
