The service
Deckfy is software as a service that turns App Store and Google Play listings into TikTok and Instagram carousels, schedules them and reports how they perform. Paid plans include a number of carousels (credits) per period, limits on apps and team members, and scheduling and insights. Plan details are on the Pricing page.
Price
Plan prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout as a total including taxes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year at the same price. Price changes are announced by email before they take effect and apply from the next period.
Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card through our payment provider. Deckfy never stores your card details. The plan renews automatically from the same card at the start of each period until you cancel.
Delivery
The service is delivered online. Your plan is active on your account as soon as the payment is approved; nothing is shipped.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed online immediately. By confirming at checkout that the service starts at once, you accept that the right of withdrawal ends. The refunds on the Cancellation and refunds page still apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing or by writing to alper@alpiworks.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep your plan until then and aren't charged for the next one.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to alper@alpiworks.com. In a dispute you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where you bought the service, within the limits the Ministry of Trade sets each year, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.
